TOOELE COUNTY 5K RUN AGAINST VIOLENCE POSTPONED
THE RACE HAS BEEN POSTPONED!!
Please help us get the word out. The "Run Against Violence" will NOT be held this weekend (Saturday April 30th). Due to several challenges that have recently developed, it has been determined that the cause will be best served if the race is postponed until September.
Prize sponsors and those who have pre-registered will be contacted via the contact info given on their registration forms, and their donations or registration fees will be returned. Participants & sponsors may also opt to have their donations applied to support the rescheduled race, which will have details finalized by the end of May.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused, and appreciate the continued support of community efforts to raise awareness & provide advocacy for victims of domestic violence & sexual assault. The "2011 Stansbury Stride 5K Run" sponsored by Boy Scout Troop 1816 (based in Stansbury Park) is holding a run that starts Saturday, April 30th at 8:30am.
